Ferrite and High Strength Rare Earth Magnetic Rods and Magnetic Grills.
PML magnetic rods are world class when it comes to magnetic strengths and precision in dimensions. These rods are made up of magnets, which are fitted inside seam less drawn and heat treated SS 304 L tubes. The thickness of the tubes is optimized to obtain highest efficiency of the magnets inside. Magnets are hard ferrite ceramic magnets or high intensity rare earth magnets.

Drawer type Magnetic Separators
Drawer and Housing magnet is the perfect aid in removing fine iron. The drawer magnet assembly is much suited for free flowing dry materials. The design of Magnetic drawer is so that it traps every ironer’s material coming into contact with the magnetic grate. As the housing magnet is directly fitted into the process line, body is made completely in SS which matches all food standard norms.
Plate Magnets
Plate Magnets are designed for use in chutes and suspension over conveyed product. Installed on the bottom side of a chute, a Plate Magnet will provide maximum protection as product travels through the powerful magnetic circuit. The magnetic field projects from the face of the Plate Magnet reaching into the product stream and pulling the ferrous contaminants to the magnet face. The magnetic field on a Plate Magnet is strongest at the surface and gets weaker the further you move away.
Liquid line Magnetic ‘T’ Trap
Industrial Magnetics, Inc.’s Liquid line T-Traps remove unwanted ferrous and work-hardened stainless contaminants from processing lines. They capture fine ferrous particles that are created by wear of upstream processing equipment and often pass undetected through electronic metal detectors. T-Traps are typically placed in front of pumps, screens and mills to protect vital plant equipment from costly metal damage and system downtime.
Plate Style Liquid Line T-Traps are recommended for low volume applications requiring gentle flow characteristics or for fragile products that may contain long, sinewy items, larger chunks and hard-to-move products such as fruit preserves, cooked meat chunks and cottage cheese.
Bullet Magnet
Bullet Magnet from Star Trace is one of the best equipment for inline magnetic separation of ferrous substances present in feeds. The Bullet Magnet has a powerful magnet enclosed in a casing and place in the center of the arrangement. The arrangement of the Bullet Magnet is such that every particle passing through comes in contact with the magnetic field.
Ferrous particles of very small size are also trapped and a ferrous contaminant free product is obtained.
Hump Magnet
Housings handle gravity, moderate positive and negative pressures. The angled shape directs the product flow into the magnetic field, helps prevent build-up and bridging, and also breaks up clumps of product for increased protection against entrapped ferrous debris.
Suspended Magnets
PML Overband Magnetic Separators are placed above open conveyors to arrest ferrous objects and fines found in grains, feed stuffs, raw and processed products, dry chemicals, salt, ceramics, Clinkers in Cement Industry, Coal conveying in power plants and many other products.
Overband Magnets are used for separating big Ferrous particles like lugs, nuts, bolts, rivets, ms plates, angles, channels and tools from moving material on a conveyor belt.
Magnetic Drum Separators

Wet Drum Magnets

Magnetic Roll Separators

Lumps and cohesive powders are broken apart.
